Sauvignon Blanc 2017

Hawkes Bay, NZ

Pleasant opening and pale in colour. Got the jasmine but perhaps a bit too flowery and a lack of rounding at the finish. More suitable for an apero with goats cheese but we don’t see it as a dinner wine. Alcohol content is 11% percent.

Cost: About SGD $30

Buy Again? Probably not but we do have a second bottle in the fridge to give it another try
